Thursday gone i went into hospital and had surgeons work on repairing a relapsed hernia that was fixed 6 years ago.

I'm now trapped at home for what looks like is going to be up to 4 weeks. Yesterday was my first real day where i had to get up and walk around, having been told i was not allowed to sit around feeling sorry for myself. I had initial fears as the "patch" they have placed over the area they cut open showed a lot of freely moving blood. Though today that seems to have gone all gooey now. The only real pain now is the bruising, of which there is a lot and its all in delicate areas which makes sitting a little sore now and then.

Lets hope this recovery is worth it and as the doc said, it won't need redoing....again.

Today i woke at bout 6am, got up and walked around the flat in a state of confusion. Deciding i should not have been up yet i went back to bed having made sure the alarm was set correctly, it was. I again woke at 7am, 15 minutes before the alarm and had to sprint for the loo.

Its now 9:47am and i have been praying to the porcelain god ever since......

HELP ME

My body feels like its wanting to be inside out!!!

People who can't take a "your mom" joke need to get a fking life, that for a hole in the dead, disrespect your mom!? Disrespect me again by not allowing an apology, getting in MY face and shouting off like that and i'll fking hospitalise your scrawny twat of an arse. Now fk off get out of my department, get out of my establishment and get the fk out of my life.!

Another Saturday night and another successful 3 hours on-air pumping out a mix of theme tunes, gaming music and EBM to the masses of Eve-Online. Brought out some of the tunes not normally played on my show but the listeners loved each one of them. So all is good there.

Covering another DJ's show tomorrow, a dance DJ so I'm torn to whether or not to do a dnacey show or stick with my own and just make it a bit more up beat. We shall see....

And today i spent 45 minutes with Patrick Stewart as i sold him a sat nav.

Spent another hour calming down.

For a celebrity he is very polite and during the talk he was not afraid to make eye contact, smile and answer questions. Bummed about works policy in not asking celebs for autographs, but hey.

My show is normally at 8:00am each wednesday.
